10Gb/s对称数字通信电缆绝缘制造工艺中两个主要因素的分析和探讨

摘要 对最新发布的IEEE 802.3标准提出的能够满足10 Gb/s传输要求的增强型对称数字通信电缆进行了分析,论述了能够满足这种高性能电缆的关键制造工序———绝缘工序中的两个主要工艺因素,并进行了分析和探讨,提出了最新的解决方案。满足这种技术方案的生产线,可以使高端对称数字通信电缆的制造水平达到千兆传输速率要求。本文介绍了这两个主要的工艺因素。 Analysis is made on the enhanced symmetrical category cables complying with the 10 Gb/s transmission requirement presented in the recently published IEEE 802.3 Two principal pocess factors of the insulation extrusion process, a key process for the high performance cable, are analysed and investigated. A new technical solution is presented. The production line complying with this solution will raise the performance of the high-end symmetrical category cable to gigabits per second. These two process factors are presented in this paper.
