摘要
郑州新力电力有限公司200MW汽轮发电机组的轴封系统漏汽大,经常造成润滑油中带水、氢气湿度大现象,并且系统复杂,手动调整量大,在事故处理时调整繁琐,不利于事故处理,对机组的安全运行造成隐患。通过对轴封系统存在问题的原因进行分析,提出改进方案,并通过机组大修进行改造,系统改造后,相应改变系统的控制和调整方式,圆满地解决了轴封系统存在的问题,为机组的安全运行奠定了良好的基础。改造经验,可提供参考。
There exists serious steam leakage in the gland steam system for turbo generator 200MW unit ofZhengzhou Xinli Power Generation Co. Ltd. This leakage results in the lubrication oil with water, and high hydrogen humidity. Furthermore, those factors, such as the complicated system, a plenty of manual adjustment, and complex regulation during handling accidents, can cause potential problems for the unit safety operation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the gland steam system, and puts forward the improving solution for the overhaul of the units. After the system reconstruction, the corresponding control and regulation mode of the system will be changed. The leakage problem, therefore, will be solved successfully, and a good foundation will be laid for the safe operation of the unit. The successful experience of reconstruction will offer the reference for the counterpart units.
