摘要 大量新产品是在原有产品的配置基础上经过继承改进而获得,描述和维护零部件族之间的约束关系成为智能产品配置系统实用化的技术瓶颈。本文提出一个面向装配的产品配置约束管理模型,以本体知识和规则表达为基础实现约束关系的统一表示,利用面向对象方法维护约束关系,满足产品配置实用化的需求。 Numerous new products are created by inheriting or improving the existing products through product configuration, and the technical bottleneck for an intelligent product configuration system to be put into practice is how to represent and maintain the constraint relationship among parts and components. The paper proposed the product configuration constraint management model based on a product assembly tree. In the model, ontology knowledge and rules are used to represent the constraint relationship uniformly, and the object-oriented method is adopted to maintain it, thus meating the needs of product configuration practice.
