摘要
产品质量决策与评价是质量管理和控制中的重要组成部分。因质量决策目标多、定量分析难、信息不全等因素,为了有效地解决上述问题,文中引入数据融合理论,应用灰色关联分析,建立了质量决策评价控制模型,包括某产品三级质量测评指标的建立,它由测评方面、测评要素和基本指标指数组成。数据融合信息的导入、分析与处理,以及对某产品灰色关联分析,并结合应用示例进行了分析。
Product quality decision and evaluation is one of the important parts of quality management and control. To effectively solve such problems as multiple objectives, difficulties in quantitative analysis and incompleteness of information in quality decision, the paper used data fusion theory and grey relational analysis to establish the quality decision and evaluation model, including the establishment of quality measurement indicators of a product. The indicators cover measurement aspects, measurement elements and basic indices. An application instance was presented to carry out the grey relational analysis of the data fusion for a product.
