摘要
利用Pro/E软件建立单缸发动机参数化模型,导入ADAMS仿真分析不同工况且不同活塞销状态下工作情况,然后对数据进行了基于能量法的分析,得出活塞销故障诊断方法。能量值发生阶跃以及能量处于不稳定状态是活塞销的故障特征之一。
The parameterized model for a single-cylinder engine was built by utilizing Pro/E soitware. The ADAMS software was introduced to simulate its working status under different working eonditions and piston pin statuses. The data thus simulated was analyzed through using the energy method, from which the method for diagnosing the faults of piston pins was obtained. The conclusion drawn in the paper is that one of the piston pin fault features is energy value stepping up or energy value instability.
