摘要
从实际应用的角度出发,介绍了一种宽公差曲面快速测量方法,分析了系统的组成和测量的原理。该系统采用激光三角测量法,并把点扫描拉伸成线扫描,在保证同样的测量精度情况下大大地提高了测量速度。系统在采集完数据后,利用开放图形库的三维造型技术在一定的精度要求下近似描述曲面,以实现模型的立体效果展示。最后以三维人脸数据测量为例,论述、验证了该方法的有效性。
A fast measurement system for width-tolerant and free-form surfaces and their display technique based on open graphic library (OpenGL) were presented from the perspective of their application. The components and working principles of the system were analyzed. It uses laser triangle measurement. Dot scanning is stretched into line scanning, which greatly raises the system's measurement speed and guarantees that the speed is the same as that of other systems. After the system completes data acquisition, it applies the 3D modeling technique of the OpenGL to the approriate description of free-form surfaces which should satisfy accuracy requirements. This way models are displayed with 3D effects. Finally the effectiveness of the system is verified through an instance of 3D human face data measurement.
