摘要
凝结水过冷度对机组的安全和经济运行有重要的影响。该文采用严谨的数学理论,推导了凝结水过冷度的变化对抽汽量的影响,证明了当凝结水过冷度发生变化时,对于不同的疏水连接方式,流过加热器的凝结水量有的发生变化,有的不变。并就不同疏水连接方式下凝结水过冷度对机组经济性的影响进行了定量分析计算。
The degree of supercooling of condensate influences greatly the safe and economic operation performance of units. On the basis of precise mathematical theory, the effect of condensate supercooling on steam extraction flow is discussed in the paper. For different connection mode of drain, as the degree of supercooling is changed, condensate flow through heater maybe be changed and maybe not. The effect of condensate supercooling degree on unit economy is analyzed and calculated quantitatively considering different connection mode of drain.
