摘要
无增压风机的湿法烟气脱硫系统,在启动和停运过程中,当烟气进行旁路和主路的切换,会对锅炉的炉膛负压产生明显的影响。只要整个启动和停运过程尽可能慢,减少烟气压力波动对炉膛负压的影响,并及时调整引风机,就能保证锅炉的稳定运行。
The wet flue gas desulfuration （WFGD）system without booster fan in the processes of start-up and shutdown, as cutting over between the bypass and the main road, can have the obvious influence on the boiler burner negative pressure. So long as the entire process of start-up or shutdown is as slow as possible, and influence of the flue gas pressure fluctuation on the furnace draft is hold down and the induced draft fan is adjusted in time ,the stability operation of boiler can be ensured.
