摘要
由于受到结构、外形等因素的影响,对一些大型铸件开裂采用同性热补的方法进行修复和热处理,实施困难且容易导致工件变形,为此介绍了采用镍基焊条分段冷补焊对大型铸钢件进行修复的方法。
By reason of the influences of structure and appearance etc, the homogeneity hot-junction compenastion weld repair and heat treatment of the cracks in large-size casts are very difficult,and are prone to lead to work piece deforming. Therefore ,this paper introduces the repair method of large-size steel casts by sectionalized cold-junction compensation weld technology with nlckel-based welding rods.
