摘要
利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜等分析手段,分析了电厂高温再热管爆裂原因。结果表明,由于钢管表面局部区域的“热腐蚀+冲蚀”作用而使材料不断腐蚀、脱落,导致钢管局部减薄,使钢管减薄部位的承载能力大为降低,进而在压力作用下再热管产生爆裂。
The causes to burst of high temperature reheating pipe of the power plant are analyzed by means of metallographic and scanning electron microscope. Results show that corrosion and peeling off occur gradually on part of the surface of the pipe under the action of " heat-corrosion and scouring" and as the result the load bearing capacity of the thinner part of the pipe due to the corrosion is greatly reduced and burst of the pipe will inevitably occur under the action of the pressure.
