摘要
介绍对大型水轮电机、汽轮发电机和节能高效电机用高牌号无取向电工钢所采取的诸如添加微量Sb、Sn、Se和Te合金元素等相应的措施,可以控制高牌号无取向电工钢中的CuS和MnS比例及形态分布,进而可以改善该钢的组织和织构,提高磁性。
The present paper introduces the technical measures such as addition of trace of Sb, Sn, Se and Te alloy elements for the purpose of control on the proportion of CuS and MnS and morphology distribution in the high brand non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheets used in the large scale water wheel type generator and steam turbo-generator and energy saving, high efficiency generator, and improvement in the structure and texture and magnetic performance of the steel sheet.
