摘要
介绍了在机车柴油机性能试验中,通过计算机RS232接口和相应的控制电路实现使用一台烟度计自动完成内燃机车柴油机两个独立排气烟道的取样和烟度的测量。在实际调试过程中,由于附近有5 000 A变化电流的干扰,通过使用通讯指令多次重发的程序设计方式解决了RS232通讯的可靠性问题。
By means of computer RS232 interface and corresponding control circiut,the smoke densily of two exhaust ports of locomotive diesel engine can be measured with one smoke indicator.When testing the system,there was the interference from a 5000 A alternating current nearby with bad reliability of RS232 comunication system resulting.By modifying the procedure so that the communication cammand is sending repeatedly,the problem of reliability has been solved.
