摘要 为了进一步提高低碳钢镀锌层的表面质量和耐腐蚀能力,通过在传统热浸镀锌液中添加少量稀土,获得了一种耐蚀力好、结合力强和光滑的热浸镀锌层。研究了稀土对镀层厚度、表面质量、镀层硬度和耐腐蚀性的影响。 In order to improve the surface quality and its resistance to corrosion of the zinc plated layer on low carbon steel, a small amount of rare earths was added into the zinc for hot-dip plating with the result that better corrosion resistance, stronger binding and smoother surface of the layer were achieved. The effect of the added rare earths on the thickness, surface quality, hardness and corrosion resistance of the layer were studied.
