摘要
推荐使用美国哈兹列特连铸连轧工艺生产铝箔坯料所需的热轧带。在阐述了生产优质铝箔坯料对铝液清洁度(氢含量和过滤精度)的要求以及应该采取的各种工艺措施之后,报道了所取得的效果,即在轧到0.00635mm后,其针孔数少于100个/m2。
Hazelett continuous casting followed by in-line hot rolling with tandem mills is recommended for producing good quality foil stock of aluminum. It is reported that if the aluminum melt is sufficiently purified with requirements on hydrogen content and filtration met, good results can be achieved with pinholes less than 100 per square meter of foil with thickness below 0.00635 ram.
