基于ADAM5510的燃煤注汽锅炉控制系统

摘要 为降低稠油热采燃料成本,利用ADAM5510构建了燃煤注汽锅炉控制系统。采用上、下位机分层结构,分别完成数据采集、实时控制和过程监控。针对燃煤注汽锅炉控制中的诸多不确定因素,对蒸汽压力、风煤随动控制环节进行了设计。在蒸汽干度控制策略实施过程中,提出了恒压力和恒流量两种控制策略,采用了工程实用的前馈-反馈控制复合控制技术,确保了蒸汽干度控制的精度和稳定性。 The Steam-injection Boiler Burning Pulverized Coal Control System has been built using ADAM5510 in order to reduce the fuel cost.This system uses stratification structure,the master and slave computer,The master performances the dada acquisition and real-time control. The slave monitors the burning and thermal drive process. Steam pressure,the scale of wind and coal fuzzy control system has been designed, due to many variation and random disturbance.The constant pressure and constant flow control strategy has been design in dryness fraction controI.Feedforward-feedback control technology that is good for engineering has been adapted to the system based on analysis of its primary effect.Good resolution and stability has been obtained.
