摘要
针对上海地铁一号线DC-01型直流机车关键设备——机车主控器开展综合测试技术研究。在机车实际运行数据的基础上,采用半实物仿真技术与虚拟仪器技术相结合的方法,建立主控制器综合测试平台,达到主控制系统在离线状态下全称模拟机车运行方式,进而实现对主控制系统静态特性的全面测试。
This paper introduces the testing technology of the main control system of DC-01 direct current locomotives of Shanghai Metro Line No.l.We build a testing platform for the main control system which uses hardware in the loop technology and virtual instrument technology.It can make the main control system work in all operation states of locomotives under offline laboratory situation and have a full-scale test of the main control system.
