波特理论在我国钨业战略调整中的应用研究

Study of Strategic Adjustment of Chinese Tungsten Industry Based on Porter's Diamond Theory

通过对我国钨资源储备和钨业生产现状调查,指出我国钨业战略调整的必要性,根据波特理论,构造钨业战略调整模型,提出我国钨业在21世纪初的发展战略思路。

According to the investigation into the tungsten resource reserve and Chinese tungsten industry production condition at present, the author pointed out the necessity to strategic adjust of Chinese tungsten industry in this paper. The model of Chinese tungsten industry strategic adjustment was constructed on Porter＇s Diamond Theory, and the development strategic way of our tungsten industry in the beginning of 21 st centuries was put forward in this paper.
