重点概述了国内外乳酸工业的生产、应用、工艺研究现状,及其发展动向等,并对我国乳酸深加工提出了建议.
The status guo of production,application and technological research and the trend of development for lactic acid industry were mainly reviened. A proposal for development of lactic acid industry in our country was also put forward.
