重点阐述了催化剂和原料重量配比,反应温度,反应时间对合成休菌清关键中间体2-亚甲基戊二腈(MGN)收率的影响,提出了最佳工艺条件.
Effect of catalyst,charge ratio of raw material, reaction temperature and reaction time on yield of synthesizing key intermediate MGN of tektamer-38 was studied. The optimum technological condition was put forward.
