摘要
以绿色木霉(Trychoderma viride)T2为实验材料,麸皮和稻草粉为培养基,采用固体发酵法,对其产纤维素酶情况进行了研究。在优化条件下,其羧甲基纤维素酶(CMCase)活力为94.52IU,滤纸酶活力(FPA)为57.4IU,β-葡萄糖苷酶(β-glucosidase)活力为28.93IU。
Trychoderma viride T2 was selected as cellulase production strain, bran arid straw powder as substrate. Its cellulase production was studied under solid fermentation condition. Under the preferable conditions, the CMCase activity was 94.52 IU, FPA was 57.4 IU, and β-glucosidase activity was 28.93IU.
