摘要
本文分析了齿轮泵常规卸荷槽消除齿轮泵困油压力的设计局限性,提出能完全消除齿轮泵困油压力的双重卸荷槽,并分析其设计原理,同时介绍了其具体设计过程。并通过试验,对双重卸荷槽消除齿轮泵困油现象的效果进行了验证。
After analyzing the limitation of the conventional unload groove, this article puts forward the duple unload groove which can eliminate the phenomenon of oil-trap completely. The article also introduces the design principle and design process of the duple unload groove, thus practically instructing the application of duple unload groove into the design of a specific gear pump. The comparative test data in the article shows the practical effects of the duple unload groove upon eliminating the oil-trap.
