摘要
运用正交实验研制具有氨纶高弹性能的涤纶DTY,找出影响卷缩的主要工艺因素;利用最佳工艺条件,得到的产品卷缩为54%。可满足用户对氨纶替代产品卷缩性能的要求。
AS to develop the DTY to replace the Spandex used in textile,by orthogonal experiment, find out the maincst technical parameters effecting the shrinkage of PET DTY, and use the optimal parameters, we can increase the shinkage to 54%, which meet the customer＇s need of replacing the Spandex＇ s high shrikagc performance.
