摘要
采用传热量测量法测定了不锈钢和铜管两种换热器在不同污水水域温度下的结垢热阻,研究了这两种换热器的污垢热阻随着时间和水域温度的变化规律,并测得污水换热器中污垢的主要成分是微生物垢。
The fouling heat resistances of stainless steel heat exchangers and copper heat exchangers in the temperatures of various sewages were measured using the measuring method of heat transfer quantity, the laws of fouling heat resistances of the two heat exchangers varying with time and temperatures were studied. It was concluded that the major component of the fouling in the sewage heat exchangers was microbiological fouling.
