摘要
分析了2N45-130/362氮氢气压缩机曲轴存在的主要问题,在保证曲轴的椭圆度、平行度、表面粗糙度以及增加耐磨度的基础上,进行了曲轴现场机加工修复。
The major problems of the crank shafts of 2N45-130/362 nitrogen-hydrogen gas compressors were analyzed, and a machine-tooled repair in site was conducted based on guaranteeing the ellipse degree, parallel degree, roughness, and increasing the wear resistant performance of the crank shafts.
