摘要 紧凑式换热器设计与优选系统包括对板式、板翅式、螺旋板式、热管式、翅片管式和管壳式换热器6种换热设备的热力、结构设计和强度校核计算,并综合考虑原材料购置、设备磨损以及电力消耗等相关因素进行了经济分析,直观给出了对应设备的性能参数和结构尺寸示意图,便于设计人员进行比较优选。该系统在编程上采用模块结构。 The thermal power, ers, spiral plate heat exchangers design and optimum selection system of compact heat exchangers includes the calculations of configuration design, and strength check of the plate heat exchangers, plate-fin heat exchang heat exchangers, heat pipes heat exchangers, finned tube exchangers, and shell and tube . An economic analysis was performed in a comprehensive consideration of purchase of raw materials, equipment wear, power consumption and so on. The performance parameters and structure size schematic diagrams of corresponding equipment were visually given for optimum selections of designers. A module structure was used in the programming of the system.
