摘要
针对7 000W伺服电机输出轴根部发生的断裂情况,从其输出轴的疲劳极限、结构及尺寸、精度等方面入手,分析了断裂产生的原因,并提出结构改进方案。
A fracture cause was analyzed of the output shaft at the root position of a 7 000W alternative servo motor in the fatigue limit, structure and size, and accuracy of the output shaft, and some improvements were given.
