介绍了汽车涂料涂装过程中各种涂料对不同基材的适应性以及不同涂料与塑料基材不同表面处理方式之间的配套性。就底漆与面漆的配套性原则进行了说明:有相近的硬度和拉伸强度(或者面漆的硬度小于底漆),底面漆用溶剂的极性相近,底、面漆的干燥方式一致、附着力匹配。指出了不同涂料与其涂装方式之间、不同使用条件下底漆与面漆以及涂料与助剂之间的配套性的意义。

The adaptability of various coatings with different substrate and the match between various coatings and different surface treatment methods of plastic substrate were introduced. The match principle between under lacquer and surface lacquer were stated as follows： both hardness and tensile strength are similar （or hardness of surface lacquer is less than that of the under lacquer） and the polarity of the solvent used for under lacquer is consistent with that of surface lacquer; it also requires same baking ways and adhesions matching. The signification of accessory between coating and painting, under coating and surface coating in different use condition, coating and assistant were presented.
