Optimizing the Rural Financial Eco-environment to Construct the New Socialism Countryside

良好的农村金融生态环境,是建设我国社会主义新农村、发展农村经济、增加农民收入的重要条件。本文从农村金融生态环境的基本涵义出发,论述了优化农村金融生态环境的重要意义及优化原则,并结合当前我国农村金融生态环境存在的缺陷,提出了优化农村金融生态环境、促进农村经济和谐发展的建议及措施。

A good rural financial eco-environment is the important condition to build the new socialism countryside, to develop the rural economy, and to increase farmers＇ income. This article embarks from the implication of the rural finance eco-environment and elaborates its significance and the optimization principles. According to the criteria, this article studies the problems in the current financial eco-environment, and then puts forward some suggestions in promoting the rural harmonious economic development.
