我国农村生态环境保护问题研究

Research on Our Village Eco-system and Its Environmental Protection

当前我国农村人均资源占有量过小、农村经济增长粗放、农村公共品供给不足、城市发展对农村资源需求加速等客观原因,片面追求经济增长速度的政绩观、人们环境保护意识不足以及政府监管不力不够等主观原因是造成我国农村生态破坏、环境污染严重的主要原因。为此,本文认为需从建立和完善农村生态保护和环境污染治理的筹资机制、切实转变农村经济增长方式、多渠道解决农村居民的生活用能以及增强人们的环保意识等角度来解决农村生态破坏、环境污染问题。

Recently, our village people have a small rate in all resources, the village economy that increases badly, the common goods in village is in short, city development need to more village resources that accelerates the demand of resources objectively, unilateral pursue the flat-out achievement view, the short-term behavior of the farmer, people the environmental protection consciousness lowly and the government have a slowly supervise about the environment and other subjective reasons, village pollution of the environment is a main reason to result in the village eco-system breakage. According to this, this message thinks that need to be established to protect with the perfect village eco-system and collect money into managing pollution of the environment, changing the way of village economy increase solidly, from resolving the life of the village resident energy problems in kind of ways and increase people＇s environmental protection consciousness to resolve the village eco-system breakage and the problem of the pollution of the environment.
