摘要
沼气建设是新农村建设的重要内容,也是改善生态、节约能源、美化环境、增加农民收入的切实举措。当前发展沼气面临的主要问题除了技术、资金外,市场约束已经成为新的制约因素,本文就此提出了解决途径,即建立沼气后期物业管理体系,并适当调整相关政策。
The biogas construction is important substance for the new rural construction. So it is the effectual action of improving the ecology, beautifying the environment and increasing peasant＇s income. Now the main problem of rural biogas development besides technology and funds, it includes the new factor of market restrict. This paper put forwards some reasonable ways to solve the problems and gives some suggestions for adjusting the biogas policy.
