摘要
根据乙醛氧化制醋酸的反应机理,对乙醛氧化塔爆炸事故的影响因素进行了分析,找到了乙醛氧化塔频繁发生爆炸事故的原因,并提出了预防措施。实施后有效地防止了乙醛氧化塔的爆炸事故,并提高了醋酸收率,取得了良好的效果。
Affecting factors for the explosion accidents of acetaldehyde oxidation tower are analyzed according to the reaction mechanism of acetic acid preparation from acetaldehyde oxidation, reasons for the frequent explosion accidents of acetaldehyde oxidation tower are found, and improvement measures are put forward. With the implementation of these measures, the effective results are obtained apparently, explosion accident of acetaldehyde oxidation tower is prevented, and yield of acetate is raised.
