摘要
从原料、燃料和煅烧工艺方面叙述了竖式混烧窑煅烧石灰时影响石灰活性的因素。实际生产中,将石灰石粒度的上限下调至120mm;窑气中CO2,O2和CO的指标分别调整为体积分数40.5%~42.5%,0.3%~0.6%和0.8%~1.8%;改变石灰窑操作控制手段。提高了石灰的活性,增加了电石的产量。
Affect factors on lime activity in lime calcining producing from shaft klin are described from the raw material, fuel and calcining process. In practice production, upper limit of the limestone granules is adjusted to 120 mm; targets of CO2, O2 and Co are adjusted to 40.5%~42.5%, 0.3%~0.6% and 0.8%~1.8% by volume fraction; control methods for lime kiln are changed. Lime activity is enhanced and output of calcium carbide is increased.
