摘要
试验结果表明,密闭包装的大葱种子在50℃、35℃、20℃下贮藏,最适含水量分别为1.8%、1.8%-5.1%和1.8%~8.1%,其相应的平衡相对湿度分别为5%、5%~14.2%和5%-33.5%。种子最适含水量和相应的平衡相对湿度随着贮藏温度的降低而升高。随着贮藏温度和含水量的降低,种子寿命不断延长,每降低1%的含水量,种子寿命延长1.3倍。种子含水量(%)与贮藏寿命(d)之间呈对数回归关系。
The results show that the optimal moisture contents of Chinese onion seed stored at 50℃ ,35℃ and 20℃ are 1.8%, 1 . 8 % - 5. 1% and 1.8 % - 8. 1% respectively, the correspondingequilibrium relative humidityare5 % , 5 % - 14.2 % and 5 % - 33.5% respectively. The optimal moisture content and corresponding equilibrium relative humidity of seeds increased as the storage temperature decreased. Seed longevity increased as the storage temperature and seed moisture content decreased, seed longevity increased 1.3 times as seed moisture content decreased 1%. There was a relationship of logarithm regression between seed moisture content (%) and seed storage longevity (d).
