摘要
目的:建立以火焰原子吸收法测定醋氨己酸锌片中锌含量的方法。方法:检测波长为213.9nm,灯电流为8.0mA,狭缝宽度为0.5nm,燃气流量为2.0L/min,助燃气流量为15.0L/min,燃烧器高度为7mm。结果:锌检测浓度在0.0000~2.0000mg/L范围内与吸光度线性关系良好(r=0.9987),平均加样回收率为99.7%(RSD=0.2%)。结论:本方法简单、准确、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好、实用性强,可用于本品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) for the determination of the content of Zinc in Zinc Acexamate Tablets.METHODS:The detective wavelength was set at 213.9nm;the electric current of the light was 8.0mA;the slit width was 0.5nm:the flow rate of burning gas was 2.0L/min and the flow rate of gas to help burning was 15.0L/min,and the height of the burner was 7mm.RESULTS:The linear concentration range of Zinc was 0.0 000-2.0 000mg/L ( r = 0.9 987) .The average recovery was 99.7% (RSD = 0.2% ) .CONCLUSION: This method is simple, accurate, rapid, sensitive, reproducible,practical,and suitable for the quality control of Zinc Acexamate Tablets.
