摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定脑灵口服液中人参皂苷Rg1含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为HypersilBDS-C18,流动相为甲醇-水(49∶51),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为203nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为20μl。结果:人参皂苷Rg1进样量在0.2μg~8.0μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为101.25%(RSD=1.54%)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Ginsenoside Rg1 in Naoling oral liquid METHODS: The assaying was conducted on a Hypersil BDS- C18 with methol- water(49 : 51) as mobile phase.The detective wavelength was set at 203nm;the column temperature was 30℃ ;the flow rate was 1.0ml/min and the sample size was 20μl.RESULTS: The linear concentration range of Ginsenoside Rgl was 0.2μg-8.0μg(r = 0.9 996); the average recovery was 101.25% (RSD- 1.54% ).CONCLUSION:The method issimple, accurate and reproducible;and it can be used for the quality control of Ginsenoside Rg1.
