摘要
合成了十种稀土元素(La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu)与N,N'双(2-吡啶甲酰胺)-1,2-乙烷(H2L)的配合物。经元素分析、热重分析、摩尔电导、像、UV及^1HNMR表征,确定配合物的组成为:[Ln2(H2L)3(NO3)2](NO3)4·nH2O,(其中Ln=La、Ce、Pr、Nd,n=0;Ln=Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu,n=3),其中配体H2L中酰胺羰基氧和吡啶氮分别与稀土离子配位,硝酸根为双齿配体。通过光谱法对配合物与脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)的作用进行了初步研究,得到配合物与DNA的结合常数为1.6×10^4-2.3×10^4。
Ten binuclear rare earth complexes of N, N'-Bis(2-pyridinecarboxamide)-1, 2-ethane have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurement, thermal studies, IR and electronic spectra. The composition of the ten complexes is [ Ln2 ( H2L) 3 ( NO3 ) 2] ( NO3 ) 4. nH2O, ( Ln= La, Ce. Pr. Nd, n= 0; Ln= Dy, Ho. Er. Tm, Yb, Lu, n= 3 ). Experimental results indicate that coordinating of the oxygen of carbonyl and the nitrogen of pyridyl to Ln( Ⅲ ) and the NO3 shows bidentate coordination. Meanwhile the interaction between the complexes and deoxyribonucleic acid has been studied by spectral methods. The binding constant Kb obtained is 1.6 × 10^4 -2. 3 × 10^4. Spectral results indicate that the ten pyridinecarboxamide complexes bind to DNA mainly through the intercalation mode.
