摘要
目的探讨survivin基因表达与肾透明细胞癌生物学行为及与PCNA表达的关系。方法利用免疫组化法检测58例肾透明细胞癌和10例正常肾组织中survivin和PCNA的表达。结果survivin和PCNA的表达阳性检测率分别为65.5%(38/58)和77.6%(45/58),而在10例正常肾组织阳性表达率分别为0(0/10)和30.0%(3/10)。survivin和PCNA的阳性表达均与肾透明细胞癌病理分级、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移密切相关。survivin的阳性表达与PCNA的阳性表达呈正相关。结论survivin和PCNA基因在肾透明细胞癌的发生、发展中起着协同的作用。它们的检测可能对肾透明细胞癌恶性程度的判定、预后和进一步治疗提供有效的依据。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of survivin and PCNA in renal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC) and in normal kidney tissue. To explore the correlation between survivin expression and PCNA expression. [Method] S-P immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect the expression of survivin and PCNA in 58 cases of RCCC and 10 cases of normal kidney tissue. [Results] The positive rates of survivin expression and PCNA expression were 65.5%(38/58), 77.6% (45/58) in RCCC and 0 (0/10), 30.0%(3/10) in normal kidney tissue, respectively. Significant relationships were found between survivin expression and PCNA expression and pathology grade, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis (P 〈0.05). There was a positive correlation between survivin expression and PCNA expression(P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] The experiment suggests that survivin and PCNA may play certain roles in the oncogenesis and progression of RCCC. Detection of these genes has positive effects on early diagnosis, malignancy determination, prognosis and treatment of RCCC.
