摘要
目的研究开发新的登革热疫情监测方法,解决登革热疫情上报存在的问题,以适应口岸卫生检疫的要求。方法利用计算机网络和地理信息系统(GeographyInformationSystem,GIS)、数字化地图、数据库等软件,开展口岸登革热监测网络系统的研发。结果该系统有效地解决了卫生检疫疫情时限性和保密性对登革热疫情监测的困扰,加强了传染病疫情信息交流与共享,达到卫生检疫管理快速安全、交流顺畅、反应及时、管理便捷的要求。结论该系统的建立,解决了传统疫情监测上报工作中的问题,实现最大限度的数据共享,提高了登革热监测管理的自动化水平。
Objective To develop a new dengue fever monitoring system, and to solve the existing problems of notification of dengue fever epidemic. The system should be in compliant with the quarantine requirements in the port of entry. Method To integrate the computer network and Geography Information System(GIS) with the digital map and databases. Result The developed system effectively solves the problems related to the time constraint and confidentiality of the epidemic situation. With this system, information about epidemic can easily be retrieved and shared. Conclusion This system solves the existing problems of the reporting system. It also improves the previous dengue fever monitoring system.
