新型DNA疫苗佐剂-DC的研究进展

摘要 DNA疫苗为疫苗学和免疫治疗的发展提供了新的免疫策略,小鼠动物模型的试验研究已经证实了其较好的免疫效果,但在人体及灵长类动物试验中DNA疫苗的免疫原性较弱,增强DNA疫苗的免疫效果仍然是一个挑战。专职抗原递呈细胞(antigenpresentingcell,APC),特别是树突状细胞(dendriticcell,DC)在递呈疫苗抗原到免疫系统的过程中起重要作用。本文就DC的生物学特点及其在DNA疫苗中的作用的研究进展作一综述。
