摘要
目的:采用免疫荧光组织化学方法观察Nogo蛋白在正常视网膜视神经的表达分布。方法:正常大鼠5只,多聚甲醛灌注固定,摘取双侧带视神经约0.5cm之眼球,冰冻切片,免疫荧光组织化学染色,激光共聚焦显微镜观察NogoA/B,NogoC的分布。结果:Nogo蛋白在正常视神经和视网膜水平切面均有表达,而且其分布不均匀,表达强度因组织层次不同而异。NogoA/B在视神经和视网膜的神经纤维层、节细胞层、内网层、内核层、外网层、外核层均出现,其中以节细胞层,内核层和外核层最明显。NogoC在视神经,视网膜的神经纤维层,节细胞层,内网层,内核层表达较为强烈,外网层、外核层有少量表达。结论:Nogo蛋白在视网膜,视神经均有表达,其特点可为进一步研究中枢神经系统损伤后再生与修复提供新的思路。
AIM: To investigate the distribution and changes of Nogo n the retina of rat with normal. METHODS: The retina and optic nerve samples were harvested in 5 SD rats for the expression and alterations of Nogo by Immunohistochemist ry. RESULTS: The positive expression of Nogo were observed in the normal. The amount of them were changed in retina layers. CONCLUSION: The distribution and level of expressed of Nogo in the retina and optical nerve can be correlated with their injury and regeneration.
