我们对无晶状体眼患者所存在的问题,特点,及所需要的矫正治疗进行了综合分析。我们发现角膜接触镜对于无晶状体眼患者的矫正有很大的帮助,较之其他的矫正方法存在着独特的优势。本文着重从无晶状体眼患者角膜接触镜矫正治疗的方式选择,角膜接触镜的设计以及所产生的并发症等方面进行了阐述。

We analyzed the problems, characters and the correction method of the aphakia patients. We found that the contact lens were greatly helpful to the aphakia patients and had great advantage over other correction methods. This article reviewed the choice of the correction methods of the aphakia, the design of the contact lens and also the complications.
