复方樟柳碱治疗眼睑及面肌痉挛的临床研究

Clinical research of the spasmodic lide and facial muscles treated by compound anisodine

目的:观察局部注射复方樟柳碱、维生素B12混合液治疗眼睑及面肌痉挛患者的疗效。方法:以复方樟柳碱2mL,维生素B12500μg混合液注入颞浅动脉旁及睑板前和眶隔前眼轮匝肌处。如双侧眼睑痉挛,复方樟柳碱剂量加倍,如伴有面肌痉挛,在痉挛部位同时注入复方樟柳碱1～2mL,每日1次,10次为1疗程,如未痊愈,可继续使用,也可间歇几天后继续使用至4个疗程。结果:治疗组16例,注射后全部有效,其中完全缓解者4例,明显缓解者6例,部分缓解者6例,而对照组12例中,全部缓解2例,明显缓解2例,部分缓解4例,无效4例,两者有显著性差异。结论:复方樟柳碱混合液局部注射简便易行,安全,无副作用,可作为治疗眼睑及面肌痉挛的首选方法之一。

AIM： To observe the curative effect of the patients with the spasm of lids and facial muscles by injecting locally mixed liguor of compound anisodine and VitB. METHODS： Mixed liguor of compound anisodine 2mL VitB12 2501μg each was differently injected into orbicularis, ocnli muscle in front of tarsus and tarso-orbit and beside temporalis snperficialis arteries. If double blepharospasmes happen the dose of compound anisodin were reduced. If associating the spasmidic facial muscle, mixed liguor of compound anisodine 1-2 mL was injected in it at same time. Once every day, ten times was as a course. If double blepharospasms happen the dose of compound anisodine were reduced, mixed liguor wouldn＇t be cured. They would be used continually and also would be used for four courses after some days＇ intervals.RESULTS： Treatable group 16 cases injected were total effective. Among them, 4 cases were totally alleviated, 6 cases were significantly alleviated, 5 cases were partly alleviated, control group 12 cases, 2 cases were totally alleviated, 2 cases were significantly alleviated, 4 cases were portly alleviated. 4 cases had no effect. The differences of two groups were significant. CONCLUSION： The local inject of mixed liquor of compound anisodine is not only a simple and easy, but also a safe and no side-effective method. It is one of the best mathods of treating the spaesmodic lids and facial muscle.
