摘要
目的:研究商陆对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾组织一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法:经大鼠尾静脉分次注射阿霉素合计7.5mg/kg制备肾病模型,分别灌以商陆粗提物4g/kg.d和1g/kg.d或强的松16mg/kg.d,连续2周,观察各组动物肾组织NO的改变。结果:商陆粗提物对阿霉素肾病模型大鼠具有减少尿蛋白、降低肾组织内NO浓度作用。结论:商陆对阿霉素肾病具有治疗作用,其治疗作用可能与降低肾组织内NO浓度有关。
Objective :To observes the effects of phytolaccae on nitrogen monoxide (NO) in kidney tissue of adriamicin - induced nephropathy rat. Method: Male SD rat nephropathy was induced by multiple injection of adriamicin to vena caudalis, with total dose 7.5mg/kg. The rats were fed with crude extract from phytolaccae(4g/kg. d or lg/kg.d ) or prednisone ( 16mg/kg. d) for 2 weeks ,and then their kidney tissue NO measured. Result :The rats'urine protein , kidney tissue NO were decreased in both phytolaccae and prednisone groups (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The phytolaccae has therapeutical effects to nephropathy, and it may be related t.9 the reduction of kidney tissue NO.
