古人类牙齿DNA的提取和研究 被引量:1

摘要 古代DNA(ancient DNA)是指古代生物遗骸中的DNA。DNA分子的片段可以在有机体死亡之后的很长时间内保存。古代DNA研究,就是利用现代分子生物学的手段对考古发掘所得到的古代生物组织进行DNA的提取、扩增、测序和分析,直接揭示蕴涵在古代人类和动植物中的遗传信息。
