电子射线局部辐照大鼠Ⅰ/Ⅲ型胶原表达及基质金属蛋白酶改变的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨电子射线(模拟β射线)局部辐照大鼠致放射损伤后胶原表达及相关基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)变化的情况。方法采用直线加速器局部照射制作SD大鼠的辐射损伤模型,观察Ⅰ/Ⅲ型胶原表达及MMP1、MMP2、MMP9表达的变化情况。结果β射线照射引起的皮肤损伤可以引起胶原含量和分型的改变,MMP-1有不同程度的提高,MMP2与MMP9的表达随辐射剂量的增加,由强变弱再上升变强。结论β射线照射皮肤损伤引起的创面难愈合可能与胶原含量和结构的改变相关,其又与胶原的降解酶MMP1活性增强有关;MMP2与MMP9参加基底膜的溶解、血管形成和坏死组织的清除,有助于创面的重建,促进创面的愈合。 Objective To investigate the changes of collagen and MMPs after β irradiation mimicked by electrons-ray. Methods An animal model of β irradiation injury was established by using linear accelerator electron radiation. The expressions of collagen and MMP1, MMP2, MMP9 were measured. Results After electrons irradiation, the expression and the structure of collagen were changed. MMP1 was increased. The expression of MMP2 and MMP9 were also changed. At first they were decreased and then increased. Conclusion Difficult healing of the wound caused by β irradiation may have a relationship with the collagen change, which may be connected with the activity change of MMP1. At the same time MMP2 and MMP9 can help the wound healing.
