摘要
研究了一条高温高压蒸汽分支管线失效面上周向焊缝外表面裂纹在17级温度载荷谱作用下的变幅值热疲劳裂纹扩展寿命。计算中涉及到管子周向焊缝外表面裂纹K的求取。
A study was conducted for the crack propagation life of variable amplitude value thermal fatigue of the external surface of the circumferential weld seams on the failure surfaces of the high temperature and high pressure steam branches of a pipeline under the action of 17 step temperature loading spectrum.The derivation of the external surface crack K of the circumferential weld seams of the tubes ,the selection of overload model,and the crack propagation life calculation under the loading spectrum were referred in calculation.
