消栓通脉颗粒剂对深静脉血栓形成血管内皮细胞表达P-选择素的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨消栓通脉颗粒剂对深静脉血栓形成模型大鼠内皮细胞P-选择素表达的影响。方法:将160只Wistar大鼠随机分为6组:空白对照组、模型对照组、消栓通脉颗粒剂高剂量组、消栓通脉颗粒剂中剂量组、消栓通脉颗粒剂低剂量组、通塞脉片对照组。采用下腔静脉结扎法制备血栓模型,检测血栓形成后不同时期大鼠下腔静脉内皮细胞P-选择素的表达含量。结果:随着血栓形成,下腔静脉内皮细胞表达P-选择素明显增加,不同剂量的消栓通脉颗粒剂能明显抑制P-选择素在内皮细胞上的表达,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01~0.05)。结论:消栓通脉颗粒剂治疗深静脉血栓形成的机理,与其抑制细胞黏附分子表达,保护血管内皮细胞功能有关。 Objective To study the effect of Xiao Shuan Tong Mai (消栓通脉) granules(XSTM) on expression of P-selectin of endothelial cells after deep venous thrombosis Methods 160 Wister rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, thrombosis group, high-dose XSTM group, medium-dose XSTM group, low-dose XSTM group and Tong Sai Mai (通塞脉) group. Venous thrombosis was induced by inferior vena cava(IVC) occlusion by ligature just below the level of the renal veins. P-selectin of endothelial cells was observed on the 1^st, 3^rd and 6^th day after using different drugs. Results Levels of endothelial cells expressing P-selectin increased after thrombosis, but XSTM could inhibit the expression of P-selectin of IVC endothelial cells. Significant differences were found between XSTM groups and thrombosis group and Tong Sai Mai group on expression of P-selectin. Conclusion The mechanism of XSTM on deep venous thrombosis was related to inhibiting endothelial cells expressing adhesion molecules.
