摘要
目的:观察静压力对髁突软骨组织超微结构的影响。方法:取24只6日龄乳鼠双侧髁突软骨,体外培养3d后随机分为对照组、100 kPa加压4 h组、300 kPa加压4 h组和300 kPa加压12 h组,施加相应静压力,利用透射电镜观察加压后髁突软骨组织的变化。结果:与100 kPa加压4 h组相比,300 kPa加压4h和12 h后,下列变化依次更加明显:髁突软骨细胞内粗面内质网发达,核仁明显,胞周基质结构清晰,胶原纤维和蛋白多糖颗粒增加。结论:300 kPa以下、12 h作用时间内的静压力能够增强髁突软骨细胞基质合成能力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of static stress on the uhrastructure of condylar cartilage. Methods: The condylar cartilages taken from 24 SD rats 6 days after born were divided into four groups: control group, 100kPa for 4h group, 300kPa for 4h group, and 300kPa for 12h group. After the condylar cartilage were compressed at different stress levels for different durations, the uhrastructure of cartilage was examined by transmission electron microscope. Results: Compared with 100kPa for 4h group, the flowing changes in 300kPa for 4h and 12 h group were more obvious : the rough endoplasmic reticulum became abundant; the nucleolus were clear and located in periphery of karyon; the pericellular matrix became clear; and the amount of collagen fibers and proteoglycan increased. Conclusion: Under the static stress bellow 300kPa within 12h, the synthesis function of condylar chondrocytes could be enhanced.
