摘要
目的:评价含特异性抗变形链球菌IgY抗体喷雾剂对口腔菌斑中变形链球菌的抑制作用。方法:本试验遵照随机、双盲、对照的原则。将40名年龄在20~24岁的受试者随机分成试验组(使用含特异性抗变形链球菌IgY抗体喷雾剂)和安慰剂对照组(使用不含特异性抗变形链球菌IgY抗体喷雾剂),每天用喷雾剂喷牙面2次,连续使用3周。分别在试验前、试验后1周、3周、停止使用喷雾剂1周后取右下第1恒磨牙菌斑进行微生物学分析。结果:试验组使用特异性抗变形链球菌IgY抗体喷雾剂3周后变形链球菌计数和变形链球菌占总厌氧菌百分率与基线相比明显下降(P〈0.001)。对照组所有数据在统计学上无显著差异(P〉0.05)。结论:本研究提示含特异性抗变形链球菌IgY抗体喷雾剂对人群口腔菌斑中变形链球菌有明显的抑制作用。
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the inhibitive effect of specific anti -S. mutans IgY spray on the S. mutans in dental plaque. Methods: The study design was a randomized, double - blinded, placebo - controlled clinical trial. 40 subjects with age ranging from 20 to 24 were randomly divided into two groups, the test group ( specific anti - S. mutans IgY spray) and the placebo - control group. They received specific anti - S. mutans IgY or control spray twice a day over 3 weeks. Before test, after one week of test and three weeks of test, and after one week of the test ending, the plaques were obtained from the surfaces of the lower right first molar for microbiology analyses. Results: The quantities of S. mutans and the ratios of percentage of S. mutans per total anaerobic bacteria in plaque were significantly decreased in the test group after using three weeks specific anti - S. mutans IgY spray ( P 〈0.001 ), while no difference was found in the placebo- control group (P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusion: This study suggested that the specific anti- S. mutans IgY spray can significantly inhibit the colonization of S. mutans in dental plaque in humans.
