肺外型淋巴管肌瘤2例报告

Lymphangiomyoma out of the Lung Tissue: Report of 2 Cases

目的:报道并探讨肺外型淋巴管平滑肌瘤的临床表现、诊疗特点。方法:对2例罕见的肺外型淋巴管肌瘤患者进行临床分析及随访,并对其临床表现、病理学特点及治疗进行讨论。结果:2例肺外型淋巴管肌瘤均经手术治疗,术后分别随访22个月、26个月未见复发。免疫组化SMA(++),CD34(-),HMB45(-)。结论:淋巴管肌瘤可发生于男性。常规HE染色结合CD34、HBM45、SMA可明确诊断。肺外型淋巴管肌瘤手术效果较好。

Objective： To report and discuss the clinical manifestation, diagnosis, and treatment of lymphangiomyoma out of the lung tissue. Methods ： Two rare cases of lymphangiomyoma out of the lung tissue were analysed retrospectively and followed up. The clinical presentation, histological characteristics and treatment methods were discussed. Results： Two cases underwent operation and did not recur after surgical excision followed up by 22 months and 26 months, respectively. Immunohistochemical staining showed ： SMA was positive, CD34 and HMB4s were negative. Conclusion： Lymphangiomyoma may occur in male. Routine HE staining combined with immunohistochemical CD34, HBM4s and SMA staining can confinn the diagnosis. Surgical excision may have good effect on lymphangiomyoma out of the lung tissue.
